Located within half a mile to the Fly Creek Cider Mill and 4.5 miles to the center of Cooperstown, and just a quick 7.5 miles to the Cooperstown Dreams Park. Our clean, comfortable guest house is nestled down the hill behind our family home on our four acre property. During your stay, you will enjoy a quiet, peaceful setting as you are nestled in the woods surrounded by trees, fields, and a creek. The guest house is a restored and refinished barn from the early 1900's. It has been beautifully refinished with all pine flooring, uniquely charming wooden accents, and lots of windows to maximize the bountiful natural light. The house is two floors with two spacious bedrooms upstairs with large windows with direct views to the surrounding forest. There is a half bath downstairs and a full bath with a washer/dryer upstairs. A sleeper sofa is in the living room to accommodate two adults. Please let us know if you have small children and we are more than willing to provide a pack and play crib. Enjoy all that the area has to offer by hiking, biking, and enjoying the area streams and lakes. Feel free to fish in our stream and explore our woods!
