Guest access You have full access to the house and back & front yards. Areas that are fenced off with locked gates are prohibited — along with the canyon and cactus garden, that can be very dangerous. Our garage and home office are secured for private use. We are an Airbnb SuperHost to our guest and to our neighbors, please be respectful of our neighbors. Other things to note RULES & POLICIES: Please be advised there is a Rental Agreement that must be signed along with a Release of Liability Waiver (each guest must sign), no later than 7 days from the time of booking. A Refundable Security Deposit of up to $5000 will be held for Party/Event/Destruction. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME IF YOU PLAN ON HAVING ADDITIONAL GUESTS FOR A BBQ/Dinner/Get-together — NO additional guests and this is non-negotiable/FINAL. THIS HOME HAS NO AIR CONDITIONING.
