Living Room – Charming bay window, period fireplace, comfy sofa, four upholstered chairs, flat-screen TV. Kitchen – Fully stocked with modern appliances, combination Keurig pod/pot coffee machine. Dining Area – Spacious dining table with seating for six, opening to the living room. This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area.
