New Surf Loft at Padaro Beach. On the water in SB

Welcome the the newly completed Sea Lofts at Padaro Beach. This is Santa Barbara's most exclusive beach. You won't find closer accommodations to the water for miles. Not only are you a few feet from the sea, you are a hundred yards from surf shops, restaurants and boutiques. The Sea Lofts are the premier beach destination for Santa Barbara. You can walk for miles at low tide, or just sit on the deck or beach and watch the sunset. The lofts are well appointed with kitchenettes. The space Jeff and Kristi are also the owners of Beachin Kauai, and Beachin Teton. They have been in the vacation rental business for more than a decade. Their homes have been featured around the world. They take great pride in the homes they have created, and have guest return year after year from every corner of the globe. Guest access You are steps away from the beach, as well as restaurants and shops. You never have to get in a car once your here if you don't want to. The upstair of the building is a private apartment, the lofts do not have access to. The lofts share the lower deck, which now has a planter dividing the space to give guest more privacy. There are two designated parking spots in front of the building one for each loft. There is a gate on the property leading directly to the beach. Just be careful crossing the tracks. Be sure and watch for trains. Other things to note Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, Ojai, and the wine country are all minutes away!
