I have a property manager that will assist you with any questions or problems that may arise. She will meet you at check-in and check-out. The house is located in a rural area, and because of the dense foliage neighbors are not visible in the summer and only barely noticeable in the winter. You are welcome to enjoy the 12 acres but please respect the property boundaries and do not wander on to the neighbors land. Wildlife abounds, deer, sandhill cranes, owls, hawks, wild turkeys, and a plethora of song birds. Please enjoy the view but do not disturb them. Hunting is not allowed on this property. There is plenty of parking. There is no public transportation in the area so a car is a must. /!\ THE CELL PHONE SIGNAL IN THE AREA IS NOT GOOD, DEPENDING ON YOUR CARRIER YOU MAY EXPERIENCE ISSUES WITH CONNECTIVITY. THERE IS A LAND LINE AT THE HOUSE YOU CAN USE FOR CALLS WITHIN THE USA. Please note that there are 8 beds and 4 twin sized air mattresses in the house. However you must let me know ahead of time that you will need the air mattresses otherwise they are in storage. Children's books and toys are available upon request. TRASH: Any trash that does not fit into the bin please take with you. There will be a $25 charge for every bag of trash left behind.
