Operating under Cathedral City BLIC-LTR-002870-2024. Max overnight occupants: 8. Max daytime occupants: 8. Guest responsible for booking must be 28 years or older. See below for additional city rules and requirements. The space Enjoy sparkling blue pool and mountain views and relax on the covered patio and grass lawn. Our home has four bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms and a lot of style. If you're coming to the Palm Springs area to stay in an authentic mid-century modern home, you've found it. Newly remodeled with brand new furniture, crisp new bed linens and fluffy new towels. Guest access Guests have the entire property to themselves. The garage is not accessible. Other things to note Heated Pool. There is a $60 per night charge or $300 per week if you'd like the pool heated (2-night minimum.) Please let us know before-hand if you would like the pool to be heated. Absolutely NO DIVING in the pool - it is only 6 feet in deep end and 3 feet in the shallow end. There is a BBQ by the pool which is available for you to use for grilling. The gardener comes on Thursday (subject to change). The pool man comes on Tuesday and Thursday/Friday (subject to change). Pool Alarms on Doors Each of the five doors that open out to the rear of the house and the pool area have been fitted with pool alarms that will alert you that a door has been opened. Please be sure, especially if you are traveling with young children, to familiarize yourself with how to operate the alarms and to notify us if there is a problem with any of the alarms. Our house manager is on-hand before and during you stay to help with any issues. There are pool alarms on the follow five doors: kitchen door, dining room door, master bedroom door and the two middle bedroom doors. The main house alarm also has a chime that alerts if a door is opened and this is also a city-approved method of alerting you that doors have been opened. ADDITIONAL NOTICES REQUIRED BY CITY Noise: No outdoor music, radio, musical instrument, amplifiers, karaoke, devices that produces or reproduces sound can be used outdoors, at any time. Minimum fine of $1,000. Indoor music must not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR. Use of outdoor amenities: Use of outdoor amenities is prohibited between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM. Includes any outdoor interactions. Maximum number of cars allowed: Four(4) vehicles max. A maximum of one vehicle per bedroom is allowed. Vehicles cannot block mailboxes. Vehicles should be parked in driveway. ID: The government issued ID of the Responsible Person, owner, or owner’s agent is required to be produced when requested by a city employee or agent. If the Responsible Person refuses or cannot be found, the local contact must find the Responsible Person or evict the occupants. Respectful to neighbors: This home is in a well established, peaceful neighborhood of single family homes. We ask that guests be mindful of noise levels and treat neighbors with respect, especially when outside on the patio or around the pool. Please refrain from using loud profanities or lewd language around the pool as our neighbors as loud voices can be heard by our neighbors. CLEANING & SANITIZING We want to assure you we are complying to all precautions with regards to COVID-19.We have always used disinfectants that kill 99.9% of all germs, viruses and bacteria. We have added some additional sanitizers and disinfectants and we have implemented more stringent cleaning criteria in addition to our already high standards. All frequently touched areas are disinfected, hard surfaces, doorknobs, remote controls, light switches etc. are wiped with disinfectant… We hope to help reassure to our valued clients, we are doing our part to help control this challenging World Wide situation.
