NEED OTHER DATES? WE CAN FLEX! Charming 1910 2-story home in Filer. swimming pool & park, fairgrounds, grocery & liquor, Subway, Pizza, gas. Enclosed front porch, backyard w basketball hoop, covered back porch w/ grill, swing & fire pit, hot tub. Central A/C & heat. Upstairs is where the one full bathroom is plus 3 bedrooms that sleep 8+toddler. Main floor bedroom/bathroom unavailable. Large couch and air mattress. One cat on property that comes in and out of the cat door. The space Our place is cozy with original hard wood floors, stained glass windows, and enclosed front porch. Enjoy the covered back porch w patio table and gas grill and relax in the hot tub out back as well. The living room is complete with a huge sectional and DishTV with gobbs of channels, Hulu, Prime, Netflix and others. The vintage decor is quite unique which flows throughout the home. Twin falls is just 7 miles away with many sites and great dining. Enjoy the Snake River Canyon complete with Kayak rentals. Filer has a quaint but complete grocery store with Subway and Pizza Hut just a few blocks away from our home. Guest access The whole house is available (upstairs 3 bedrooms and bathroom, downstairs entry-room, living room, kitchen, and dining areas, covered front porch) with the exception of the master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The outdoor space is available (back porch, basketball court, swings, firepit, hot tub and yard), and the outbuildings are not for use.î Other things to note We will have wood available for you for the fire pit, and directions. We have a garden and grapevine in the back that you are free to pick from if things are ripe and ready. There is parking available in the front of our house gravel area, and on the strip driveway on the north of the house. Please honor our cat children Fiona and Francine. Francine lives in the cat cottage in the back yard and Fiona comes in and out of the cat door. She is not allowed in the rooms upstairs, we close those doors when we are home. Fiona mostly sleeps in her cat tower or in our bedroom that is locked when we have guests.
