Pool NOW open, beach is accessible from side of building. NOTE: on/off construction on first floor (our unit not impacted) from hurricane. Updated kitchen w/ quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, faces innercoastal waters to watch dolpins and boats, updated bathroom w/ double vanity Beachfront property, footsteps to the ocean water. Frequently updated beach modern decorated one bedroom (New Queen and Full Bed (w/queen sofa bed), walk to Restaurants. The space One queen and one full size bed with a queen pull out couch with centrally located elevator, third floor unit (of three floors), fully ready-to-use kitchen. Recently added pack and play for little ones sleeping (please bring standard kids sheets for use). Guest access The condo is fully accessible throughout the unit Other things to note Standard check-in time is 4 pm, and check-out time is 10am. Check-in for the keys at the front desk. Once inside your rental, you'll enjoy a starter supply of amenities including soap, paper products, and dishwashing detergent. Arriving and Parking The condo on the address has one assigned parking spot. Parking is available for 1 vehicle for the unit. Wireless Internet and Television information WIFI - 50Gulf, password 50gulf50 Washer and Dryer The washer/dryer facilities are outside the unit and is open to anyone. Trash - The trash container is on the north end of the parking lot. Pool There is a pool open to all guests between the hours of 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. and is heated during colder times in the year. Check Out Set AC to 79 during summer months when checking out. Set heater to 65 during winter months when checking out. To assist our housekeepers, please leave towels in a pile near the bathroom.
