Barn by the stream

Large and cozy barn, on five acres of wooded land, with a stream outside your window. Comfortable, with modern accommodation and artistic details. Year round hot tub on the stone patio, gas BBQ grill, Wi-Fi- Roku for live TV & streaming, heat & AC. ONE small dog is permitted, for $75 pet fee. Cats not allowed. The space 750 sqf, with queen size bed on the main floor, and a double size in the upstairs loft. Sofa opens to double size bed. The kitchen has 2 electric burners, microwave, small convection oven, toaster, electric tea kettle and a full size fridge. On the stone patio there's a 3 burner gas grill with a side stove. Guest access with electronic key code, the guests can come in and out as they please. Other things to note Small well-behaved dog is allowed, for $75 charge per stay. We can't accept cats. Dog fee is NOT a damage deposit, it's a fee for the dog to stay there. Hot tub is always ready to use, just get in and enjoy. Do NOT try to shut it off, it has to stay on at all time (filters the water constantly) and make sure the COVER IS ON when it's not used.
