LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Conveniently located 4 mins to San Jose Convention center, 5 mins to SAP Center, 6 mins to Downtown, 10 mins to Santana Row, ValleyFair Mall, & SJC Airport! Whole Foods, Caltrain, and Willow Glen DT nearby! Sleeps 9 comfortably (including 1 on the living room couch). There is an extra air mattress for the living room where a 10th person can sleep OR if somebody in your group doesn't like to share. Please read "The Space" for bed options. The space Cozy home located in north Willow Glen. Great for professionals, families, or a group of friends. 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a cozy living room, dining room, kitchen, & small backyard. 3 bedrooms have 1 queen size bed, and 1 bedroom has a pull out couch. NO parties, celebrations/events, excessive drinking, or smoking on the property. Quiet fun after 10PM as we are mindful of our neighbors. Any signs of smoking (cigarettes, vaping, cannabis, etc) or drug use in the house will be charged an additional $350, so please be respectful of the home! We want the next guests to enjoy the home as much as you do. Commercial photography and filming allowed only with approval from the host. Pet friendly as long as your pet is potty trained and guests keeps pets off the beds and couches. There will also be an extra $75 cleaning fee for a deep cleaning, so please let us know if you are bringing a furry friend. If we do fine excessive amount of pet fur on the couch and beds, or wet spots in the carpet/on the hardwood, there will be an additional $150 cleaning fee. You can be assured the following occurs: - All bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillow covers are laundered after each stay in hot water and high heat. There are at LEAST 2 sets of everything so whatever has been setup for your stay has not been used for at least 48 hours. - All dishes are washed in the dishwasher - Every area has been vacuumed and all floors mopped with Pinesol for disinfectant (per Pinesol's website, it is effective against COVID-19) - Disinfect all lamps, light switches, countertops, toilets/toilet handles, shower handles, faucets, door knobs, TV remote, key pads, thermostat, and bed frames - Lysol/Clorox surface cleaner sprayed over everything (except pillows and blankets) as a finishing touch Guest access The whole house + backyard. Feel free to pick any fruits from orange, kumquat, or plum tree when they're in season! Other things to note Check in is at 3pm and check out is at 10am. Please throw all used towels in the laundry baskets in the hallway closet. An extra reminder no parties, celebrations, or events during stay. Please leave the place tidy on day of checkout. If the place is a large mess, the cleaners will charge an additional $250 to bring in more cleaners. There will also be an additional $100 charge for excessive amounts of garbage relative to the number of nights for your stay.
