Magnificent detached house located on a 3 hectare estate, a 20-minute walk from downtown Palencia (2 km). With 5,000 m2 of garden, it has an excellent 60 m2 swimming pool and dining areas. This area of Castilla y León is characterized by its good gastronomy and proximity to the Ribera del Douro area and its wineries. The space The house has 5 bedrooms: on the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the main one with a large terrace overlooking the Canal de Castilla and another room with 2 single beds (total 4 single beds); on the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a double bedroom, a full bathroom with bathtub, kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board, a large living room of 60m2 with living and dining room with access to the porch overlooking the garden and finally a second living room of 45m2 with two sofa beds and a second dining table. Guest access Guests have access to the house, the garden with pool, and the entire estate that has walks among fruit trees. They have a portable barbecue available.
