The townhouse is located on a residential street within walking distance to the Univ of PA, Drexel Univ, CHOP, and the Phila. Museum of Art on the Ben Franklin Pkwy. The house is a 10-min. drive via Uber to Center City or a 20-min. ride on public transit to Center City restaurants & shopping. Street parking. There is use of a full kitchen on the 1st floor, which includes a stovetop/oven and microwave. The space The Suite is located on the 2nd floor of a private home. There is one spacious bedroom with a double bed. There is also an adjoining bedroom with a single bed and a foldout twin bed, which can accommodate a 3rd person. The Space has a shared bath (shared with host), wifi, towels & linens, toiletries, coffee/tea, & mini fridge. The bedrooms have a window air conditioner and/or ceiling fans for the summer months - whatever your preference. Use of the main kitchen on the first floor is welcome for food prep which includes a microwave. There is 2-hr street parking between 10 am-3 pm Mon-Fri in front of the house. Free street parking is also available on surrounding blocks 24 hrs/day. There is 24-hr street parking on weekends. Guest access The Bedroom(s) has its own locking door. A set of keys is provided upon arrival. A lockbox is available for access to the house if arrival is before or after hours. During your stay If you are a first-time visitor to Philadelphia, driving directions, dining recommendations, & sightseeing points can be provided by the host. Other things to note There is a Kitchen located on the first floor of the house if you wish to prep food & eat-in rather than dine out. Host welcomes use of the stove, sink, microwave, & freezer. There is another space available in the house if you are travelling with additional people.
