Loft completed in 2016. Building built as a hotel in 1910. A 4.5 year renovation undertaken by family of designers. Perfect location for nightlife, dining, art galleries, music, proximity to the outdoors, etc... 25 minutes to skiing at Snowbasin. Other things to note This is a historic building that lacks an elevator. There is a bar/nightclub next door to the hotel. It only operates 3 nights week (Thursday-Saturday). It is possible to hear musicians on their rooftop level (they only do rooftop shows during summer months).
