We are a 7 minute car ride/Uber to Downtown WPB, Clematis Street and The Square. We are also very close to Flagler, The Palm Beach Yatch Club, the intercostal, the beaches, Palm Beach and Worth Ave! The space Our home was built in 1924, over 100 years ago! We are in a historic district of West Palm Beach. What makes this property special is it’s calming energy. The backyard, with its 25’ palms and water feature is perfect for shaded peaceful meditation or wine with love ones.
