Main House with separate Guest Quarters on 5 private acres in the forest only 1.8 from Custer. This property provides a "cabin in the woods" experience in the Heart of the Hills, close to Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, Needles Highway, Wildlife Loop, Bear Country, Reptile Gardens, Crazy Horse Mountain, Sylvan Lake, Rapid City, Deadwood, Hill City, Hot Springs and Bad Lands. The space BEDS: 2 queens, 2 full, 1 twin This home's unique layout includes the main house with master bedroom/master bath. A second small "Western room" (its entrance is outside from the porch) has a double bed and just a few steps away from the bathroom. Off the kitchen is a large utility room that can sleep one in a comfy twin bed or can be moved to other space in the main house. The guest quarters about 30-40 feet away from the main house is a studio room with a queen bed, couch, bathroom , small bedroom with a double bed and a living area. Our cabin/home is very private and in the forest, but a bit over a mile from town. Lots of wildlife wanders through on a daily basis. It's peaceful and quiet with 4 covered porches the largest perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. NO CAMPERS, NO PETS Guest access both houses are included Other things to note NOTE: The main house has 1 bedroom, there is also a comfy/portable twin bed that can be used in the large laundry area or any where else in the house. In addition, attached outside and from the back deck is an additional sleeping area the "western room" - not appropriate for children. This room is only a couple steps from the laundry room and main bathroom. The studio guest quarters includes a bathroom with an additional bedroom. The guest quarters is not appropriate for unattended children. Security cameras are in use on the property and are located on the carport and on the northeast edge of the house.
