A second small "Western room" (its entrance is outside from the porch) has a double bed. Off the kitchen is a large utility room that can sleep one in a comfy twin bed or can be moved to other space in the main house. The guest quarters about 30-40 feet away from the main house is a studio room with a queen bed, couch and bathroom plus a small bedroom with a double bed. Our cabin/home is very private and in the forest, but very close to town. Lots of wildlife wanders through on a daily basis. It's peaceful and quiet with 4 covered porches the largest perfect for morning coffee and evening cocktails. both houses are included but use of the workshop and garage are not for guests Your drive is one mile outside of town but will be scenic as you pass a 100 year old cabin, horses, cows, deer and turkeys. The cabin over looks a large meadow, is in the forest and heavily wooded with rock formations. Surrounded by acres of land with only one "not to close" neighbor, it is quiet and private. Plenty of open parking NOTE: The main house has 1 bedroom, there is also a comfy/portable twin bed that can be used in the large laundry area or any where else in the house. In addition, attached outside and from the back deck is an additional sleeping area the "western room" - not appropriate for children. This room is only a couple steps from the laundry room and main bathroom. The studio guest quarters includes a bathroom with an additional bedroom. The guest quarters is not appropriate for unattended children. Security cameras are in use on the property and are located on the carport and on the northeast edge of the house.
