It's important to me to allow people traveling with their pets, so there is some wear and tear, but I hope you find that it's a very clean, comfortable, and peaceful place to get away. Other things to note There is a very friendly neighborhood border collie that will likely greet you. My guests and I give him treats and food so he comes by often.
