Welcome to the Villa de Vino in Temecula Wine Country. This 3000sqft single story home is located on 3 acres with views including 5 bedrooms, 3 baths and pool/spa and game room equipped with Pool Table! Prefect set up for 10 people or up to 14 sleeping arrangements. Close to all Temecula Wineries or just a great place to come and relax in the country but not far from places like San Diego, LA and Orange County. Just the right location in SoCal with all the right amenities!! The space The Villa de Vino is an excellent place to come if you are coming to the Temecula Area for either a wedding, visiting family or friends or just hunting for a new location in Southern CA to explore. Temecula is a great location in the fact is in just about an hour and 30 minutes you can be to several different areas of Southern CA to LA, Orange County, Big Bear Mountain, Desert, and San Diego. Temecula also is now well known for all the 48 wineries and counting that are all just anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes from the home. The house is a spacious single story lay out with 5 bedrooms. 4 bedrooms which are all situated next to each other and then a 5th bedroom on the opposite side of the home. The home is very relaxing and in a true peaceful setting. 4 Bedrooms have CalKing Beds and 1 bedroom has a Queen Bed and then a twin day bed with twin trundle. We have 1 working queen sofa sleeper in family room and then 2 additional folding beds in a closet of 1 room. The backyard offers seating for 12 and 4 lounge chairs, there is a large pool that starts at 3.5 ft up to 6ft deep and then a separate in ground hot tub covered under the patio. The home is very comfortable for 10 to 12 people but can accommodate up to 14 we would find it most comfortable with 10 adults and 4 children but do have sleeping for up to 14 adults. We do have a game room that used to be our garage, we do not allow garage parking due to pool table set up. Our home is very much just for relaxing and enjoyment, we cannot allow any parties, events or any loud guests as our home is located in a residential area that even though we are on 3 acres it is so quiet out if too loud it will bother our neighbors. Please note that our AC only goes to 74 as the lowest setting, not able to go lower. Pool heating is only available during the Months of March 1st - Nov 1st. This home we just love and would love to share it with those who want to come and enjoy the beauty in the Temecula Wine Country area. Guest access You are able to access the entire property but do ask that you always keep in mind to respect our neighbors. Other things to note We do charge separately to heat or pool or hot tub. We will charge after check out and supply to you the amount of gallons of propane used during your stay to heat either the pool or hot tub. Please inquire on current prices to heat either pool or hot tub as the cost varies depending on weather conditions. The pool heating would be set up for you prior to arrival but hot tub heating is very easy for you to control and turn on and off at the property. Nov - Feb it can be very cold and can cost easily up to $300 a day to heat the pool and we do not recommend it. Also please note that the Air Conditioning in the home the lowest setting available is at 74 degree's. Pets are able to come, if you will have more then 2 pets please confirm is that is ok. There is a $250 pet fee that covers up to 2 pets under 50 pounds or 1 pet under 100. DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY IF YOU WILL HAVE A PARTY OR YOUR GROUP IS LOUD. THIS A QUIET AREA THAT NOISE ORDINANCE FOR RIVERSIDE COUNTY IS STRICTLY ENFORCE. NO LOUD MUSIC OR NOISE FROM 10:00PM TO 8:00AM. OUTSIDE MUSIC IS ALLOWED AT RESPECTFUL NOISE LEVEL. MUSIC WITH PROFANITY PLAYING LOUD IS NOT TOLERATED. NO MORE THEN 12 GUESTS ARE ALLOWED AT THIS HOME AND NO MORE THEN 6 CARS PARKED ON DRIVEWAY NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED.
