Country Getaway Lodge / Ranch

The space is very large and open. Great for large group, family or bachelor party. This property is an old barn converted into a remodeled space with original beams, wide board wood floors and high ceilings, gas fireplace and hot tub! The parlor games and lawn games provide infinite entertainment. We are surrounded by rolling hills and farmland and private animal preserve. Also nearby: Ski area/vineyards. Saratoga is 30 min/ 28 miles. The space The space is open, airy, and bright. On the main floor, there is a kitchen, large seating area with all leather couches/chairs, a grand dining table, a gas stove, pool table, card table, foose ball and dart board. There is a loft/bedroom upstairs with two single beds. All other beds are on same level as kitchen/living area. There are 2 bedrooms off the main area. Then there is a door to a back area. In this area is a private bedroom (with king, 2 single), then a semi private loft, and a semi private room with 2 single beds. In the middle area is a small living area with a day bed/trundle. Outdoor games include Kan Jam, corn hole, and horseshoes and fire pit. Guest access Second floor access. The first floor is a work area/farm stuff. . . Other things to note Note: we are now Superhost Status via airbnb!!! Location is in Valley Falls, NY In the kitchen, there are 3 coffee makers, Large, regular, and a Keruig. There is a microwave, toaster oven, hand beater, etc. Some other basics, like salt/pepper, sugar and basic spices are there as well. There is also a washer/dryer, hot tub, weber gas grill and outdoor fire pit. You can bring your own wood, or purchase from us. Wildlife photography includes white tail deer, fallow deer, sika deer, elk, red stag, and rams. There are 3 wine tasting vineyards nearby and a ski area (Willard Mountain). Please no pets.
