Gorgeous renovated kitchen/dining/living/great room, updated bathrooms, spacious deck overlooking water & large lot w/flat yard for playing & moderate sloped river access. Hot tub on deck overlooking river. Great for a relaxing getaway, a family vacation, a girls weekend, a base for wine tasting or just enjoy nature. New exterior house painted blue & stained decks. The space Getaway from it all to this updated house with new kitchen and great room. Gas fireplace. Private river access for summer fun, winter/spring fishing or relaxing and exploring any time of year. Huge 16' x 16' platform deck at riverfront. (Plus 10' x 10' floating dock with gangway in summer.) Large lot with plenty of space for outdoor fun. Fantastic deck off back of house with river views and restaurant quality outdoor heater over outdoor dining areas. Surrounded by tall redwood trees. 3 bedrooms (note: bedrooms walls are not really updated...they are rustic wood panels but are clean and comfortable) and 2 updated bathrooms. Summertime haven for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, tubing. We even have a peddle boat for those more leisurely inclined. 5 minute drive to Guerneville town center, restaurants, groceries, pubs/bars, playgrounds, wine tasting. A lovely wintertime getaway...weather is chilly, but area is beautiful. Check out the fall foliage colors. Smell the spring flowers. And when warm enough (spring, summer and fall) tons of water fun from your own private riverfront access. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available depending on my cleaner's schedule. If available, I generally charge a fee equal to about 5% of your nightly rate per hour (basically 1/20 of your nightly rate.) So if you want 2 hours early check-in and you paid $500 per night, the fee would be $50. Please let me know asap if you are requesting early check-in or late check-out so I can check with the cleaners. I charge this fee because I usually pay the cleaners more for the tight cleaning window and because it is extra work for me to coordinate it with cleaners. PETS: Pet fee is $35 per night per pet and $200 per week per pet. I add this on after your booking as an "alteration" or prior to your booking in a "special offer". THANKS! SECURITY DEPOSIT (Damage Deposit): Sorry for the large security deposit but a recent guest held a party and there was damage above the amount my previous lower security deposit. I'm sure 99.9% of you will receive a full refund of the security deposit. CLEANING FEE: My cleaning fee includes normal cleaning plus the maintenance of the hot tub which is serviced frequently and drained/cleaned/refilled regularly, plus ongoing maintenance of the yard and waterfront area. ACCESSABILITY: The bedrooms and all other finished spaces are on the same floor and are street/ground level. There are no steps from the parking to all the finished living spaces. However, there is quite a bit of uneven ground: dirt, gravel with stepping stones, slightly sloping concrete and older wood decking between the parking and the front door. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 3BR/2BA house, hot tub, bbq, decks, large yard and riverfront water access area, including use of 4-5 kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, a pedalboat (summer), floaties, etc. Other things to note There are stairs to access river. It is somewhat muddy/wet around our property and the river access during the rainy/overcast winter season. (Gorgeous and usually dry in summer!)
