No long term rentals in cold months due to heating costs. My property is next to the national forest....jump the fence....get lost...make all your cares go away! 12 lakes within 30 minutes.....marvelous treehouse, outdoor covered patio and octagon cabin for relaxing. private driveway, separate entrance from main house...property has hot tub, horseshoe pit, walking labyrinth, treehouse, octagon cabin, privacy patio and more I love to meet people and help with local sights to see! nice residential neighborhood for this area....wonderful little mountain restaurants in Alpine and Greer....just minutes away There is no public transportation....the closest private bus line from Phoenix is 45 miles away as is the little airport in Show Low One well-mannered small dog is welcome here providing pre-approval, on leash outside, droppings thrown over fence and not left unattended in rental. A crate is requested. The rental is attached to owner's living quarters. For this reason, long term rental with children/animal is not a fit.
