The House at 1010 offer guests everything they need to escape the hustle of everyday life and enjoy all that the seacoast has to offer. Located less than 10 minutes from historic Portsmouth (NH) and charming Kittery (Maine) this house has it all! With renovations this spring, the house offers three bedrooms and three full baths, as well as all the amenities you'd enjoy at home. Walk across the street to the Eliot Boat Basin and enjoy a sandy ocean-fed beach, playground and coastline to explore. The space The pictures show it all! The House at 1010 is light and airy and perfect for both short and longer stays. The main floor offers a large living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, TV (Roku provided) and plenty of cozy seating. The newly renovated kitchen and dining area is perfect for all of your cooking needs. Dishwasher, microwave, pots/pans, induction stove...it has it all. The dining table can seat six people with an additional three spots available at the breakfast bar. A Keurig and K-cups are provided for morning coffees. Off of the kitchen is a hall that leads to the sweet side porch. A full-bath is also off the small hallway, directly across a cozy library/study room with a full-size pullout. Upstairs guests will enjoy a quiet sitting area on the landing and two bonus sleep spaces: A reading loft with twin-sized bed and sleeping nook with a twin bed. Additionally, the master bedroom (new luxury king bed, TV and desk space) and master bath are on this upper level. Washer, dryer and linen area are off of the master bedroom, making the upstairs its own full-service suite. In the quiet lower level of the home, guests will enjoy two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with twin bunk beds and a pullout trundle). A new full bathroom and living space with TV and office landing complete the area. The lower level also has a mudroom-style entrance for coming home after the beach! Guest access Guest may enjoy access to the house, including plenty of parking and a charming side patio. Other things to note - Owner also uses home as a personal vacation property. - Pets are not permitted on premises, owner's child is very allergic. - Snacks in basket on island to welcome you after your travels! - Owner will provide guests with directions as WAZE and GMAPS route incorrectly.
