We are on almost half acre conner lot, Our backyard offers several spots to enjoy the waterfront views: relax by the pool, sit on the dock to fish or watch boats pass, gather by the fire pit, or lounge under the pavilion! you can also enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding. Occasionally dolphins and manatees come into the canals. We have direct access to the Tampa Bay and we have plenty of space around the dock to park your boats and jet skis. Our home is decorated very simple but cozy. We have table games such as ping pong, fools ball, and poker. Everything you may need for an extended and comfortable stay is included, ie Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, instant pot, blender and pots & pans. We are tucked away at the end of the street in a quiet neighborhood. Guests can access to the entire house except the garage. I’m available for questions before, during and after stay, via Airbnb message, text or email. We have "Noiseaware" installed only for excessive noise measurements mostly for outdoor, it does NOT record audio. We do have surveillance cameras in front driveways and dock areas facing the water. No camera inside the house or pool area.
