Built in the early 1900s, this Victorian home is situated in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Union. Close to several great restaurants, The home is central to some of Missouri’s best attractions. This 6 bedroom home is large enough the whole family can spread out. 8 min from I-44 10 min from Washington 20 min from Six Flags 45 min from the St. Louis Arch, the Zoo, and Busch Stadium. $50 per pet fee. *For pet owners traveling to Purina with over 10 dogs a rate can be discussed. The space The original house was built in the early 1900s and an addition was added in early 2000s, totaling almost 3,000 sq ft. The house has a lot of the 1900s original details (trim, wood floors, etc) along with modern updates. It is not a brand new build. It has lots of character, and a few flaws that you can expect with older homes. This home is perfect for those who appreciate the charm of older homes. First floor: •First floor bedroom. King bed, and a pack n play playpen with attached full bathroom with a make up vanity, and a toddler potty seat •Laundry room with two washers, two dryers, and an additional fridge/ freezer •Dinning room with large table •Kitchen •Living room with fireplace, TV, desk, queen size sofa bed, desk, and children toys •Deck with grill and outdoor table Second floor: •Full bathroom with a toddler potty seat •Queen bedroom with twin size pull out couch and a pack n play play pen •Queen bedroom with crib, pack play play pen and twin size rollaway bed in closet •Queen size bedroom with toddler bed and three air mattresses in closet •King bedroom with desk, TV , fireplace, twin size pull out couch. There is a queen size thin mattress for floor (for toddlers if needed), a bassinet, and a pack n play playpen in closet. •Master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate shower, toddler potty seat, and a makeup vanity Basement: Queen bedroom with a pack n play play pen Family room with two queen pull out couches, TV, and fireplace. Fenced Backyard: •Playground •Outdoor furniture •Fire pit .Grill Garage is not included in the rental. *Three queen size air mattresses, a rollaway twin bed, a toddler bed, and 6 pack and play are all available in the home. If you would like any of these set up for your stay please let us know. We also have baby equipment such as walker, exersaucer, swings, bumbo seat, activity mats, etc, in upstairs closet outside of bathroom. **There are outside games in closet beside kitchen. We just ask that you put everything away when you are done using them. Guest access Guests are welcomed to use to use the whole home. The garage is not included in the rental. Other things to note This is a pet friendly home If you have allergies to pet dander this may not be the best fit for you. This is an older home. Built 100+ years ago. It has flaws you can expect with any older home. Our guests love all the character that comes with a home of this age. There’s a secret closet, double staircases, original trim. If you are not a fan of older homes this might not be the best fit for you.
