Cottage Studio

Nestled in a private, shady garden behind one of the oldest and most beautifully renovated historic homes in Paonia, sits the charming Cottage Studio. Great WIFI and weekly and monthly discounts make this a great spot for a working vacation! The space The cottage feels wonderfully connected to the garden, evening breezes and morning birdsong. We love tracking the shade throughout the day - outdoor breakfast in the cool of the morning, reading a book on the sofa under the crabapple tree, an after-lunch nap on the hammock in the shade of the grape arbor and taking refuge from afternoon rainstorms on the front porch! We love having family and friends over for long, lazy outdoor dinners with locally grown produce and wines. This very special place is tastefully decorated with an exceptionally comfortable king sized sleigh bed. Guest access Please use only the back garden - the front yard is reserved for the main house where our lovely full-time tenant lives. Other things to note During the COVID era, please respect social distancing while using the shared front gate. We leave the cottage clean and unoccupied for at least 24 hours before and after each guest for the safety of our guests and our cleaning staff. We will provide hand sanitizer and clorox wipes for your use.
