Home owners are empty nesters and live on main floor. The space The space is newly remodeled, open-concept, very clean, and you will feel right at home. We have 9 foot ceilings in the basement which makes it feel like main-floor living. New flooring in main living area, new kitchen and appliances, new furniture in living space. Separate thermostat. Linens are used for the rental space only and of high quality. Coffee/hot chocolate maker is a Keurig. Guest access You will have parking in the driveway along side the house and on the street. There is a separate entrance with keyless entry into the private basement apartment, which includes an open main living area and kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one bathroom with a double vanity, and a separate bathtub/shower and toilet. You will have access to family games, movies, and some toys for smaller children. Other things to note We only charge a $10 cleaning fee to keep cost down. We appreciate that our guests have been respectful in leaving the apartment in tidy condition:)
