Panoramic Hill Country views can be seen for miles from this well-cared-for 11+ acre eclectic getaway just north of Dripping Springs. Star-gaze from the cozy fire pit or relax in the four rocking chairs on the covered back deck. For those outdoor enthusiasts, get energized with a hike down meandering trails to the seasonal creek. If hot, take a dip in the pool. If cold, fire up the hot tub. If the weather is not ideal, play the Wii! There are many wineries, distilleries and breweries close by. The space The TVs are equipped with a Roku that provides Netflix, Disney Plus, YouTube, ESPN, and many other channels. The very large bounce house can be rented for $150 during your stay and I will help to set it up. I will not send a payment request until ~2 days prior to your arrival to ensure that the weather will be suitable. Please deflate it when not in use and only use it when the weather is nice and the wind is less than 15 mph. The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless appliances, and plenty of room for the chef. It is fully stocked with pots and pans, a coffee maker, and an espresso machine with all the K-cups and creamer pods you will need, paper towels, dishes, glasses, etc. You just need to bring your food and drink and you are all set! If you think you need it we probably have it so feel free to reach out and ask before you pack it or buy it. There is a king-sized bed and full-length couch on the first floor. There is a queen-sized bed in one room on the 3rd floor and a two-twin mattress trundle bed in another room. The main bedroom is on the 4th floor and has a king-sized bed. There is a propane grill on the back deck that overlooks the pool and the vista. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups. If you need to check in early or check out late let me know and I will check with the maids to see if that is possible. The charge to do so is $20 per hour. Guest access The entire property, inside and out, is available for guests to access.
