This summer we completed 900 sqft of elevated decking and 140' of cable railing, complete with lighting and fans for the decking and areas below. Additional new batten board siding is also going up. Please keep that in mind when using the lake and surrounding areas. The watershed for this lake is about 10 square miles, lake levels vary. In parts of the spring and fall rainy seasons, there may be little or no sandy beach area as the lake level may rise by up to 5' due to heavy rains. The lake will still be accessible, but no wake may be allowed. Host will alert you if they know of adverse conditions. Note because the lake has a static spillway it generally returns to normal pool within a day or two after the rain abates. Memorial Day thru Labor Day The beach will be cleaned of debris at the beginning of your stay. Small amounts of debris may accumulate daily, there is a rake on site for easy clean up. Guest access Key pad on South side of home, code will be provided upon your confirmed arrival.
