There are two more bedrooms on the second floor, each with a twin bed as well as a twin over double bunk beds, and a shared 4 piece bathroom. One of these rooms is Disney-themed for the kids! Finishing off the second story is a cozy sitting area with a hide-a-bed for an extra sleeping area, TV with cable as well as a DVD player. Back down on the main level you'll find a formal sitting room and dining room with a convenient 2 piece bathroom. The main family room has a huge H.D flatscreen TV, cable and patio doors that give an incredible view of the oversized private pool and spa. Step out to the patio and you'll find a BBQ for your use. The lanai is equipped with an outdoor ceiling fan to help beat the heat in the all day sun while relaxing in the provided patio furniture. An outside shower is provided to rinse off before relaxing in the pool or spa. Back inside you'll see the fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker. A breakfast bar that seats three, perfect for conversation while preparing a meal. Enjoy your meal in the second dining area while looking at the view of the pool area and nature conservation area.
