Cozy Living Room: Sink into the plush couch and love seat. The large-screen smart TV awaits, offering cable channels and your favorite streaming apps. History meets modern comfort. Master Bedroom Retreat: A queen-size bed beckons after a day of exploration. Another smart TV keeps you entertained. The dresser, mirror, and nightstand complete the scene. Also, there is a 24hr on-call maintenance personnel if an emergency should arise. Be sure to try out Amy’s cafe, right around the corner and within walking distance of the cottage. Amy’s has a full service bar and a deciduous breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu at reasonable prices. There are three county parks, Rappahannock River, historic downtown Fredericksburg, numerous restaurants and shopping close by, movie theaters, Mary Washington Hospital, University of Mary Washington, Quantico Marine Base and so much more! Plenty of parking on site. Uber is a popular option in this area, also both Amtrak and the bus station are close by. Fur babies now welcome!
