*Comfortable home less than a mile from Lane Stadium. *1/2 Mile from Executive Airport. *Park up to three cars in the driveway and walk or roll to the stadium. *There are bike racks at the stadium. *All guests entering the property must provide a government-issued photo ID in advance of entry. The space Private use of entire main floor of house. Three bedrooms, kitchen, living room, laundry and 1.5 bathrooms. Room darkening curtains. Guest access Full use of kitchen/ laundry and parking for three cars. Other things to note Plenty of parking for games, graduations and other events at Virginia Tech. This is not a party house. No guests other than the registered guests are permitted. Private lower level is occupied. Also, the sunroom office may be used by the owner. Note that the people accessing this space do not have to enter through your secure space to enter their space. We want you to have a five-star experience.
