The bright and airy attic includes two interconnected bedrooms, another bathroom, and an infrared sauna for ultimate relaxation. It boasts a generous outdoor area with a delightful picnic spot, a BBQ, and well maintained gardens. The space The ground floor features an open-concept space with a modern kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room equipped with a TV and a fireplace that warms the entire house. The sofa in the living room can be extended into an additional bed. Adjacent to the living area is a separate master bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed. Step outside onto the terrace and take in the breathtaking, panoramic views of Slovenia’s majestic mountain peaks and picturesque valleys, or tohe outside picnic area with BBQ and enjoy . The first floor is a spacious, open mansard with two interconnected bedrooms. The first bedroom has a master bed and an additional extendable bed, while the second bedroom offers four beds, two of which are particularly suitable for children. Within the fenced property, two parking spaces are available. Additionally, the chalet features a garage for storing bikes and skis. For heating, the chalet uses infrared (IR) panels as the primary heat source, complemented by a fireplace connected to a whole-house heating system. In the evenings, you’re welcome to add logs to the fireplace, creating a warm and inviting ambiance while you unwind. The IR panels are an automatic electric heating system, ensuring comfort and warmth throughout your stay. We want our guests to fully enjoy the house and its beautiful surroundings, providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
