There are few properties in the area with their own hot springs pool and natural soaking pool. This house is one of those special vacation rentals that offers that as well as two ponds, 300 feet of river access (to Chalk Creek), its own greenhouse and gazebo. This house is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom hideaway with over 3000 square feet of living space on one floor. Guests won't be spending a great deal of time indoors with all of the water features it has to offer. STR Permit The space This pool is properly maintained and is drained and cleaned as needed. The water temperatures are warm, yet not too hot for swimming. There is no lifeguard on duty and because of the multitude of water features, parents and guardians are required to supervise their children 100% of the time. The natural rock soaking pool (this is not a jetted hot tub) temperatures can be adjusted to the guests' comfort level for soaking and relaxing. Events such as weddings and loud gatherings are specifically prohibited by Chaffee County. Small intimate groups of 6 or less are welcome as long as they respect the neighbors and the neighborhood. Quiet time is 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. Other things to note Because this property requires constant maintenance, the owners (either Joe or Jeff) will be taking care of the pool and the lawn so guests may see them. They try to leave a notification. The pool is geothermal, which means that it comes out of the ground hot. This requires extra monitoring and cleaning. Guests should read the house manual upon arrival. All pertinent information can be found in the house manual which also includes the wifi information. Guests are required to provide their email address so that our office, which is licensed, can provide information that is required by the State of Colorado. Access information WILL NOT be provided by Air BnB (even though they send automated messages to that effect). All access information will be provided directly by our office. Firearms are prohibited outside of the guest's locked vehicle. No trailers will be permitted on the property without written prior approval.
