The property also offers private parking for up to 4 cars.. The space Villa Sena is a complex consisting of two houses. The first house, the larger one (as shown in the photos), has been recently fully renovated in a modern style and consists of a ground floor and an upper floor. The ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom, while the upper floor offers three bedrooms, each with its own air conditioning and private bathroom. This house can accommodate up to 8 guests. A crib and high chair are also available for families with children. The second house, located right next to the main one, is a traditional Dalmatian-style home featuring two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room. It can accommodate up to 4 guests. Overall, the Villa Sena complex can comfortably accommodate up to 12 adults. Guest access Welcome to Holiday house Villa Sena, Lovreć! Our villa is rented exclusively as a private unit, meaning your group or family will have exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor areas. The entire property — including the villa, garden, and private pool — is reserved just for you, ensuring complete privacy and comfort during your stay. Other things to note Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well. This is a holiday home, not a party house.
