There is also a private parking for up to 4 cars on the premises. The space Villa complex of 2 houses. First house, larger one, as shown on the photos, has been recently fully modernly renovated and consists of a ground floor and a upper floor. Ground floor has a kitchen, living room and a bathroom, while on the first floor you have 3 bedrooms, each with its own A/C and bathroom. It can accommodate up to 8 people. Crib and high chair are also available for guests. The second house, right next to the first house, is a traditional dalmatian house that is consisting of 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a living room. It can accommodate up to 4 people. So overall, this villa complex can take up to 12 adults. Guest access Villa complex Sena in Lovreć is rented only as a complete unit so your group / family will have private access to all inner and outer spaces of the villa. The whole villa and the pool is just for you. Other things to note Arrival (check-in) and departure (check-out) during July and August should be on Saturday. If you have a different arrangement in mind, message us before to check, we are flexible! Quiet hours are between 23:30h-8:00h (general house rules in Croatia regarding the outside noise), so that applies to villas as well. This is a holiday home, not a party house. Therefore, the property is not for large groups of friends under 20 years old. The price shown here is our nightly rate + platform's service fee (%).
