This comfortable, spacious house has everything you need. It's a short walk to the lake and a 3-minute drive to downtown Grand Lake. Free use of wifi, games, kids' activities, garage, and much more! The house is on a large lot close to the lake and town, and has frequent wildlife visitors. We know that you are on vacation, so we want to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible in our amazing lake house! The space Our cabin is very spacious, comfortable, and cozy. It's completely stocked, and has everything you'll need so you'll feel completely at home. The windows are huge and open, bringing in natural light all day. The kitchen has everything you may need, and the bathroom includes a hair dryer. The most common thing we hear from guests is that they don't want to leave, and can't wait to come back. Guest access Guests can access the whole house, except for the master bedroom closet. We use this space for our personal items that we use when we stay at our cabin (clothes, extra sheets, etc.). They have access to the drawers in night stands and open closets. They can also use the garage, which is large enough for two vehicles. Other things to note Our cabin is within walking distance to the lake and is just a few short minutes from the downtown of Grand Lake. We have a large garage that will fit two vehicles, or one vehicle plus snowmobiles, a boat, or camper. There is so much to do - you won't get bored! In just the house alone there is games, a fire pit, and much more. Nearby there is Rocky Mountain National Park, the lake, go-karts, horseback riding, hiking, fishing and ice fishing, snowmobiling, golfing, skiing and snowboarding, kayaking, ATVing, and much more. There is a local live theater open in the summer, and frequent festivals, as well as breweries, wineries, and great restaurants. I'm happy to make recommendations!
