Quaint and cozy cabin sitting on 7 acres with large Koi pond and pergola. You can enjoy wildlife sightings anytime of the day and spectacular views of the Catskill Mountains from all angles of the property. Total Tranquility and seclusion! The space Spacious two bedroom cabin. Bedrooms both have queen size beds and are on opposite ends of the house which makes for complete privacy, in addition there is a queen sofa bed in the back view room with door and shade for privacy for a third couple. Fully renovated baths, one full bath with shower outside of bedroom #1, half bath in smaller bedroom #2. (bedroom #2 tends to get warm and noisy in the winter since it is close to the heating boiler) The cabin has two split units (one in kitchen and 2nd in back view room) they are controlled with one remote they are ac and heat! Outdoor decks with picnic table and 2 BBQ's (one is propane, one is coal - please bring coal if interested in using coal BBQ) Unique bar on deck for having a cup of coffee or a glass of wine while enjoying the amazing views of the Catskills. Sitting area under pergola. Fire pit with sitting area for making smores and star gazing!! pond with koi fish. And lots of tranquility! Guest access Guest have access to entire cabin, contents of kitchen and linens and outdoor spaces. House is completely sanitized between stays. There is no swimming or skating allowed on our koi pond! Children must be supervised when outdoors at all times! Closet in large bedroom , small pantry in hallway and garage not accessible to guests. Other things to note Grocery store Tops is 20 minutes from cabin in Grenville. Cell phones have poor signal. We have a landline for local and emergency calls! Wifi is from Starlink with high speed.
