The paved driveway leads to this impressive villa, surrounded by beautiful lawns and flowers, with a covered parking area for 3 cars. Living space. The front door leads to a spacious open plan villa. Here you will find the lounge with comfortable sofas, a central dining area the well-equipped kitchen is next to it. Due to a very large open plan living area air conditioning is not included in the living area. Patio doors lead to the swimming pool area and terrace.
