The Gatehouse is on a private equestrian property in the lovely village of Upwell, near wisbech & downham market, 19 miles kingslynn, set on a lovely quiet country road, walk along the river within 2 minutes, we have sheep, goats, chickens and a little childrens play area, good gated private parking, We have another property available next to this one if you need 2 properties please see our other listing here https://www.airbnb.co.uk/rooms/38990188 Guest access The children's play area has mainly little tykes toys with a large enclosed trampoline, there is a log cabin with more toys , electric, fridge freezer table and chairs, sheep are sometimes running loose in there, you are very welcome to use this area but at your own risk, owner takes no responsibility for accidents Other things to note please give advance notice if bringing a dog, dogs are not aloud in the bedrooms due to hygiene reasons, dog bowls & poo bags provided, although the gardens are secure they are shared, please do not let dogs out on their own as cars coming in and out of electric gates, secure dog walking paddock available on the property with somewhere to sit and supervise, dogs must be kept on the lead until entering the paddock, toys, poo bags & bin provided, dogs must not be left in paddock or in the accommodation unattended.
