The space This 2,600 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Spanish style Villa boasts three balconies; one overlooking the living room, another uniquely located adjacent to the primary bathroom, and yet another with a direct view of the picturesque Pikes Peak outside the master bedroom. The Villa’s amenities include a beautifully designed old-world entry with a 9-foot front door, rustic-style hardware, and a mix of Saltillo and Travertine tiles lining the floor. It features Colorado river-stone archways and a large copper-scaped fireplace. The home is located in the historic city of Old Colorado City, which was once the original capital of Colorado in the Gold Rush years. The neighborhood has a historic charm with a view and city access, all within walking distance access from our private stairwell. Aside from the Garden of the Gods, the home is also just a few miles away from Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, and Broadmoor District. Other popular sites include Pike's Peak and Woodland Park.
