Renovations completed late 2019 for this 3b/2b home located on a saltwater canal! It's our future retirement home and features new tile flooring and quality furniture. However our time is spent in the screened lanai or on the new dock watching the fish jump. We accept a single family for our winter season (1/1-3/31) a 3-month stay w/ discount. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. IAN UPDATE- The rear and hot tub had hurricane damage, but the home is ok. All outdoor photos are post Ian. Home is 3 bed/ 2bath family residence. Renovations include wall and ceiling improvements and new floor tile. Large main living area w/ large TV, leather couches, plenty of seating and large mahogany wood desk. King bed in master, Queen in Bed2, and single bunk trundle bed in Bed3. We love the home and spend most of our time in the lanai enjoying the water views. Ian Update- While the back yard had several trees down, the home itself did well. Some minor roof damage and the hot tub remains storm damaged awaiting the insurance process. Fortunately the sea wall and dock were ok. Home owner is available 24-7, by cell phone House is located on a quiet street, near stores, restaurants, and other family attractions. Of course, located a short boat ride to the open ocean. This home is located on a salt water canal and honestly, we spend most of our time on the dock or in the screened in lanai. This house is well suited to simply relaxing to water views in your backyard. The working hot tub is just a bonus. If you have access to a boat, please call - the house does have a working boat lift for an additional fee.
