The second bedroom downstairs and the two bedrooms upstairs all have queen beds. There is a day bed with a pull out trundle in the upstairs common space. Additionally, there is a futon in the front foyer as an extra place to sleep. There is room for 4-6 cars to park in the back of the house as well.
