On the ground level, guests will find a living space that currently serves as a 4th sleeping space. It has a full-size futon, electric fireplace, large screen TV, and private full bathroom. On the second floor (main floor) of the townhouse, guests will enjoy a well stocked kitchen, a beautiful stone encased gas fireplace that serves as the focal point of the room, and easy entrance/exit to the private deck. The deck features a gas grill, private hot tub, and direct access to the ski slopes. The Southwind Chairlift, a private chairlift that services the Southwind community, is just a stone's throw away. The main level of the townhouse also has one bedroom (queen size bed) and a full bathroom. On the third floor, guests will find the primary bedroom and bathroom, and the third bedroom with a private bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king size bed, gas fireplace, private balcony, and a private attached bathroom with luxary jetted tub, large tile shower, and a double-bowl vanity. Just down the hallway, the third bedroom offers a queen size bed and a bunk bed set with 2 twin beds and 1 twin trundle bed. A private bathroom is also attached. Guest access You have access to the outdoor swimming pool in the summer which is shared with all community members. Guests are permitted to use the private hot tub at their own risk.
