cottage townhouse is Nestled in a grove of trees in the Valley Village in Irwin ID The Cottage house can sleep up to 6 guest comfortably with 2 queen beds, 1 King bed. stairs are STEEP to the beds, may not be suitable for everyone, you will have direct access to the shared clubhouse with a stove, oven and microwave plus kitchen utensils. NOTE : The space does share a common wall with another Airbnb unit &clubhouse The space Our home is located in Swan Valley ID, this lovely space will host up to 6 people comfortably. You have full access to everything in the house including the coffee and tea bar. Enjoy the beautiful trees on this property. ****NOTE-The house does share a common wall with another Arbnb property and the Club house with a door directly into the clubhouse. This is a private entrance from the clubhouse into the cottage, the cottage has 2 entrances. The house has one window AC unit upstairs, and one downstairs plus 2 inferred heaters one upstairs and one downstairs We have implemented new and improved cleaning protocols at Valley Village upon check in and check out. *Each house is private at the valley village. *Each house is sanitized with alcohol using a spray gun after guest check out. *Guest are asked to maintain social distancing if using the community fire pit or club house *Hand sanitizer is available for use in the club house *Each house is cleaned by the owners to assure it’s sanitized thoroughly *Guest are asked to take extra steps when checking out of the unit. This space does not have a kitchen but a mini fridge. You will have access to the adjoining community clubhouse that has a fridge, kitchen Sink, stove, pots and pans, spices, dining table, TV and kitchen essentials plus coffee- note ** the clubhouse kitchen is a shared space with others, although we keep the door closed to the clubhouse due to covid guest do have the garage code to access it, please keep your private entrance locked. Upstairs you will find two rooms one is a loft that the stairs lead up to ( no door on the stairs ) with a queen bed and the other is a big room with a king size bed and a queen with a door that separates from the other room, you must go through the other room with the queen bed to enter this room, Stairs are steep, be cautious when using. Parking is limited if you have more then one vehicle or pulling a trailer please contact us for parking arrangements We have 7 tents and 6 houses available for rent on this property - see profile for more available properties. We are located approximately 54 miles from Jackson hole and 62 miles from Teton National Park. During your stay enjoy Upper palisades day hike - pictures listed or a day fishing the south fork and paddle boarding on palisades lake !
