Loud outside conversations and noises are not allowed after 10PM, no exceptions. Loud outdoor music is not allowed at any time. Failure to respect noise and quiet hours rules will result in guest removal from premises without a refund. By booking this property, you automatically agree to aforementioned property and city of La Quinta noise requirements. NOTE: This property is thoroughly cleaned using EPA approved cleaning and disinfecting products after each booking. This brand new, 2019 construction is a modern, fully equipped and very comfortable home featuring open space living room with dining room and gourmet kitchen, four bedrooms including master bedroom with private bathroom and work space. Patio includes 22' pool and a Jacuzzi for 8. Patio area includes outdoor patio furniture, sun beds and umbrellas. Large size driveway can fit up to 4 cars and there is ample street parking. To ensure that you arrive to a heated pool, we require that pool heating fee be paid at least 24hrs prior to your arrival to allow sufficient time for setup and heating to take place. Requesting pool heating to be added after check-in will result in delay with pool use due to required time to fully heat the pool water.
