The property is: 19 miles to Disneyland, 12.4 miles to South Coast Shopping Plaza, 30 miles to LAX airport, 14.7 miles to SNA John Wayne Airport, 8.8 miles to Long Beach Airport. The patio and dock is a shared common area with other tenants and short term guests that reside on the property. Other things to note No parties or events are allowed. We have long term renters that also have access to the patio and BBQ area. For your safety there are Ring Doorbell monitoring systems outside the house, the patio, the rooftop deck and the dock.
