With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away. The space Our Beautiful oceanfront, 1000 sq.ft. one bedroom condo is ground level, so no stairs to climb. Our condo comfortably sleeps 4 but can accommodate up to 5 for a family with young children. We also provide a playpen if needed. We're ground level.....walk right out onto your patio then onto the grass, no stairs to worry about. The location of this suite is nicely shaded and provides a nice and cool condo in the summer, no air conditioning required and in the winter it is comfortably warm. We offer an Oceanfront pool and hot tub, tennis court, laundry facilities, fully equipped kitchen, wireless internet, land line phone, new furniture, large ground level patio with water views and modern decor. With the islands mild climate its a perfect place to get away. Inn of the Sea offers seaside recreation, peaceful relaxation, natural beauty, and tranquility. There is plenty of wildlife that surrounds the area - bunnies, hummingbirds, blue herons, bald eagles, deer, river otters, seals, and maybe even Orca's in the channel. While you are here try beach-combing and explore the tidal pools, crabbing and fishing off the dock, or kayaking, there's a playground for the kids, a tennis court and badminton area and beach side fire pit. Just down the road there is an original Old English pub (the Crow & Gate) along with other great restaurants in the area, golf courses, and its a short 20 minute drive into Nanaimo. The Top Floor 1400 sqft suite accommodates 2-6 guests, and the studio suite accommodates 2 guests, children are welcome. Both are renovated and gorgeous! Email to verify availability. The property has a playground for the kids, a beach-side fire pit, various bar-b-que patios as well as a private tennis court, and lots of green space. Other things to note Check-in: 4:00 pm Check-out: 11:00 am Pool & Hot Tub: The Hot Tub is heated and open all year round. The Pool will open on or around May 1st and close September 30th. The dock is put in in May and removed in October, to protect it from the winter waves. Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. SMOKING POLICY: All Condos at Inn of the Sea are NON SMOKING, of cigarettes, marijuana or vaping. Smoking is permitted in the designated smoking areas.
