Please schedule when you would like to use the spa so we can have it ready for you. The sauna and heated pool are available any time. Out of respect for the neighbors quiet time is 10:00 PM. no outdoor activity allowed after 10 PM. Bicycles available with liability waver. Please note: bedroom 2 is the second floor loft that can be separated by shades this can be seen in the photos, they share the second floor bathroom. Mar-Oct pool heated to 78 degrees minimum Nov-Feb additional fee to heat over 78 degrees (3-4 hour notice needed when using the pool) Additional fee to run heater is $25 per hour. 1 hour = 82 , 2 hours = 88, 3 hours = 90 In the summer if you want the pool cooler we can have it 80 to 83 degrees in the morning and 90 to 93 during the day. If you want it warmer we can have it 84 to 86 degrees in the morning and 94 to 96 degrees during the day.
