Hamptons Waterfront- Great Location- On the bay

Amazing Beachfront vacation home located directly on a private sandy beach on Shinnecock Bay. Stunning waterfront views- sunrises/sunsets. Have a bbq and relax right on the back deck and watch the boats pass by or take a quick walk or shuttle boat to some of the Hamptons best restaurants. No worries about having a drink and getting home. You’ll love my place because of the location and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space What makes my place unique is the ambiance and location. Located right on Shinnecock bay- you can just sit back and relax on the sandy beach right in the backyard, or have a bbq on the back deck while watching the boats pass by. I provide beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a small cooler, beach towels, beach toys and more. The Shinnecock Hills Golf Club is close by- less than 10min. from the house- perfect for anyone attending the US Open in June 2026. The main town is just 4 minutes from the house. In town, there is a grocery story, Starbucks, rite-aide, bagel cafe, 7-11, pizzaria, and more. Feeling adventurous, at the foot of the Ponquogue bridge just 8 min. by car- there is East End Jet Ski where you can go jet skiing for an hour or take an island tour. Over the Ponquogue bridge is also the ocean- at the ocean there are lifeguards, restrooms, a snack bar and outdoor showers. There is also Adventure Paddleboards, where you can go kayaking, paddleboarding or take a sunset yoga class on a paddleboard. Don’t forget to visit the vineyards! I recommend visiting Wölffer estate vineyard or taking a winery tour on the north fork of Long Island. If you’re traveling with children, I recommend visiting the Children’s Museum of the East End, the Atlantis Marine World Aquarium and Splish Splash Waterpark.
