Bright, peaceful and feminine home in Beverly Hills / Century City private room + private bathroom in a safe, walkable neighborhood. It’s upgraded unit. The space This home is in a fantastic location with a spacious living room full of natural light. The neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly—quiet and peaceful (no parties or loud music allowed). It’s a large 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, so you’ll have your own private bathroom. There’s plenty of open space, and the closet is big enough for two people. The bed has a comfortable posturepedic queen mattress, and fresh white/blue/pink towels are provided. There’s also a laundry area in the garage (coin-operated) and I’ll provide you with a key if you’d like to use it. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: microwave, oven, juicer, blender, pots, baking set, pans, and an espresso machine. The living room has air conditioning, and there’s a heater in your room if needed. Your room also includes a mirror, a nightstand, two storage baskets, and four pillows for extra comfort. Guest access You’ll have access to WiFi, a TV in the living room with and Apple TV, fresh towels, soap, and a comfy twin-sized bed with 4 pillows. Parking is easy! There’s also plenty of free street parking. The kitchen is fully equipped if you enjoy cooking or baking. If you’d like to do laundry during your stay, I can provide a key (laundry is in the garage and works with coins/quarters). During your stay I travel often, so when I’m home, I usually keep to my room. I’m always available through phone or text if you need anything or have questions during your stay. Other things to note This is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. I have my own private bathroom, and when I’m home, I usually stay in my room so you’ll have plenty of privacy. Guests always tell me they feel very comfortable here and often end up extending their stay!
