Property features PRIVATE hot tub and seasonal pool, outdoor TV/ pool lounge , games, bbq area, large patio. Health safety and comfort come first ; property ensures cleaning and disinfecting, hand sanitizer and wipes are available for guests, outdoor items are treated by spraying disinfectant solution , property is first cleaned followed by disinfecting and proper ventilation, mattresses and pillows have sanitized covers under linens. Guests are advised to help stop the spread of viruses by maintaining proper hygiene. Guest access guests will have access to the entire property , 4 bedrooms , 2 baths , private swimming pool , outdoor Tv lounge , large patio deck with bbq grill and patio setup; games and floats are available for guests; weather allowed , pool opens Memorial day weekend till mid Sept Other things to note - all guests are required to please treat the place with care and consideration for the host and future guests ! - the guest agrees to book in good will and no retaliation action against host or business to take place in the event of a dissatisfying resolution - locals must contact before booking - pool opened aprox May25--Sept5; no lifeguard, swim at own risk ; watch children at all times; any damage to pool will be your responsibility - house does not have window gates ; you are responsible for your safety and your other guests - no nudity - no parties allowed - no smoking inside, no E-cigarettes,no vaping , no recreational drugs, no incense burning; any violation will affect your full deposit - no noise, no outdoor speakers - no use of firearms , bow and arrow ; no fireworks - no shoes allowed pass entrance room - food and drinks only in kitchen/dining area or outside -only guests who booked are allowed on property, violation can lead to removal without refund ; I reserve right to ask photo ID from all guests - guests must follow rules and guidelines posted on property - maintenance (outdoor pool) might happen during guest's stay . - if your damage to property affects next guest’s stay or refund request you will be responsible for it - in the situation of an unforeseen weather emergency during your stay , extended checkout is not guaranteed - I encourage all guests to pack small - they have access to all the things in the house including towels and toiletries - guests bring their own pool towels and sun lotions - cleaning service is on schedule - late checkout must be approved first ; fee up to 1 hr is $50 unless approved by host for no charge
