Welcome to Sandy Bottoms Cottage Rentals! Bask in the picturesque view of Oneida Lake in our GORGEOUSLY remodeled beachfront, Cuckoo Cottage! It is Sandcastle #1. Located in the heart of Sylvan Beach, right next to Harpoon Eddie’s! Liza Minnelli starred in the film, “The Sterile Cuckoo" here. *We also have a modern duplex directly across that is available for summer rental!* The space Perfectly sized with two bedrooms - the first bedroom has a full size bed and the second has a bunk bed - full bottom and twin top (weight limit is 150lbs on top please.) The cozy living area has an oversized loveseat & couch, countertop dinette, and television for some inside entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with a range, microwave, Keurig, toaster, and refrigerator. All pots, pans, dishes, glasses, and silverware are provided. We offer free WiFi, cable TV, and AC! Charcoal grill too- you are responsible for charcoal & cleaning after use. The prettiest sunsets right out the front door. Bring your own bed linens, pillows, towels, wash cloths, and toiletries as these are not included. A private parking space that accommodates 2-3 cars is included. Parking is past the pavilion, behind the bank. There is also on-street parking around town. No need to check-in as there is a coded entry. We will give you the code before check-in. A signed contract is expected prior to check-in. Thank you! Other things to note ** Check-in is 3pm and check-out is 11am.* If you need a late check-out, you will need to let us know ahead of time & will be charged an extra fee. ** There is a picnic table and additional table & chairs located outside for seating. 6 guest max
